Super nice, rare victorian charm locket with rose cut diamond bow shape on top, the back piece comes off and reveals a heart shaped glass you can put a photo on. The charm is marked 18ct on the back for 18k gold, and the later added bail is 14k gold. 

It weights 3.9 grams, measures 18.5mm north-south ( without bail or loop) and 16.6mm east west, pretty lovely size enough to get noticed and garner compliments. Very little wear on the edges of the enamel, overall very good conditon for age.
