The Knotted Collection of bracelets and necklaces features various beads I have collected over the last 30 years. Hand strung and knotted on colored silks, with intention, by me. When worn and held, the suppleness of these pieces is wonderful.

This necklace features small faceted carnelian beads and tiny Victorian cut steel beads from my bead collection, all hand knotted on grey silk. The beads support a carnelian cameo in a vintage silver gilt frame. The necklace is finished with a gold filled clasp.

As with all of the pieces from the Ancient Influences Collection, there is a limited quantity of these materials and no two are ever exactly alike.

Details.....The wearable length of the necklace is 19.5". The pendant measures 1.29" by 1". The faceted carnelian beads are 3.8mm in diameter and the tiny antique cut steel beads are only 0.9mm wide. All of the items in this collection are made using vintage bits & pieces and small imperfections are to be considered part of their charm.
