I LOVE these bracelets! They are very easy to put on and take off by yourself. Very dainty, delicate, yet strong enough to last. I will say, the intention behind the Chakra Bracelets is to remind you to be conscious about how you are utilizing your energy. Your attention is energy. How and on what you focus your attention will determine the inputs your senses pick up on. The more attention you give to negative media, the more negative energy you are allowing to enter into you sacred space. Your mind-body-spirit is your sacred space. No one can take that away from you. When you begin to treat your body like a temple, you become much more conscious about what you allow yourself to become invested in; which ultimately, has a great impact on what you put out into the world via your actions, words, beliefs, mission and vision.
