The crescent moon has long been viewed as a symbol rebirth or new beginnings.

This striking crescent moon pendant was once an antique brooch (circa 1910-1920). The pendant is accented with purple hued garnets mounted in 14k gold (unmarked, but acid tested).

The piece measures 2 inches from top to bottom by 0.9 inches wide, and it is in great condition.
