We are so pleased to offer this vintage 1960s Hillcraft cameo necklace and earring set.

Each piece appears to be a classic carved shell lady’s head cameo mounted on a white glass oval. The earrings are left and right facing. While Hillcraft and Castlecraft commonly used glass “buttons”, the glass backs with the cameos added seems to be less common. The cameos are not glass and do seem to be carved.  Since they are mounted on the glass "button", I cannot examine them to verify if they are truly shell.

Measurements:  Each cameo measures about 1” high and ¾” wide. The necklace is adjustable to 17”.

Signed:  Unsigned, as expected, but the earrings have the Hillcraft findings and gold filled square wire that form the slide on “clip” and the necklace has the distinctive clasp.

Condition:  In very good condition. Under close inspection, one earring has a few tiny nicks to the edge of the glass “button”. It isn’t very noticeable and does not detract from the classic beauty of this vintage Hillcraft jewelry.
