For your wild side, here is a superb exotic tribal style necklace designed by Lee Sands for QVC and made in Hawaii. It is entitled “Wood Inlay Cat Face”. It comes in the original Lee Sands box with the paper insert that states that the “strand consists of genuine buffalo horn (large and flat beads), various wood and antique-look beads.” The paper insert also indicates that there was a pair of matching earrings that are NOT included (they were not with the necklace when it came into my possession).
Measurements: The wood cat face (is it a cheetah?) is large and spectacular measuring 2 ½” wide and about 3” long. The length of the necklace is 19 5/8”.
Condition: The condition is excellent. The photos seem to show some wear to the right side of the cat face, but this is just the light reflection and in the nose area. I looked at this under magnification and was surprised to note that this is actually tiny flecks of gold paint!
