This Brooch from the Vintage Taxco Jewelry Collection is a Mid-Century Modernist design. Handcrafted by Taxco's Maricela, the Maze-like design attracts the eye.  At once fun and sophisticated, it can be worn as a square or diamond shape, and a loop at the top allows it to be worn as a pendant with the addition of a chain. The hallmarks indicate the piece was likely made in the late 1940s or 1950s.
