A colourful Suffragette tribute necklace from the late 20th Century featuring large, violet amethysts, green peridots and white pearls along its length.
Together the colours of each stone pay tribute to the women’s Suffragette movement which took place in the early 20th Century and symbolised; Violet for Loyalty, White for Purity and Green for Hope, or Give Women Votes!
Each long, link is fashioned in 9ct gold and leads to a secure ring clasp at the end complete with Birmingham hallmarks. It’s in excellent condition and a lovely tribute to the movement.
