Victorian Gold Filled Double Sided Cameo & Hand Painted Swiss Maiden Necklace

 

The necklace is in great antique estate condition and ready to wear. There is a little gold plate loss only at the seams. The pendant is double sided. One side has a hand-painted portrait of either a Swiss or German Maiden while the other side has a faux agate cameo. The piece opens at the portion that holds the pendant. The necklace measures about 19.5" long, the chain measures .40" wide, the pendant hangs 4" long and the actual pendant measures about 1" x .75". The entire piece weighs a total of 35.3 grams
