A beautiful vintage Italian 9 carat gold pendant / brooch featuring a hand carved mother of pearl cameo. 

The cameo portrait is so beautifully carved with detailed ringlets in the woman's hair and a lovely floral corsage. 

The hook of the pendant is hinged so can be hidden for the piece to also be worn as a brooch when preferred. 

The pendant is hallmarked on both the pendant bale and the frame with the marks 'Italy' '9K' The pendant also features the mark '331 NA' indicating that this piece was made in Napoli.

The pendant is in good vintage condition.
